Where Are the Men’s Rights?

Posted by Jack Burton in Uncategorized

Hello America and Happy New Year. I want to get on my soapbox today about men’s rights when it comes to pregnancy. I have a problem with the decision-making power of men in regards to pregnancy.

A man have the same power as a woman when it comes to having sex. All that changes when the woman becomes pregnant. A man has no say in regards to if that child should be aborted or not. Don’t get me wrong, I am against abortion, but why does a woman have the right to solely make the decision?

Okay, it is her body and no one should have control over someone else’s body. With that said, the man should have some recourse in the event that they wish not to have the child, and the woman does. What should that recourse be? I suggest that the man shouldn’t have to pay child support. Sounds cold and heartless; I think not.

Let’s look at the facts. In a situation where the man wishes to keep the child and the woman doesn’t, she doesn’t need any permission to abort the child. The man is left powerless to deal with the decision of the woman. Now let’s turn that around. The woman wants to keep the child, but the man doesn’t. Here again, the woman doesn’t need to consult anyone to make that decision. The man is at the mercy of the woman in a situation where both were equal at the start.

If a woman gets pregnant and the parents are at odds about keeping or aborting the child; in the scenario where the woman wants to keep the child, but the man doesn’t, then the woman should lose her priviledge to any financial compensation from the man. This is the only fair thing to do since the woman holds all of the cards. If women aren’t comfortable with this option, then the option for abortion should be relinquished too.

Humans or Animals: Who’s Priority?

Posted by Jack Burton in Uncategorized

America, I am flabbergasted everytime when an animal takes the life of a human that there is some group protesting the taking of the life of that animal. A tiger takes the life of a seventeen year old boy in San Francisco and to further prevent the loss of human life, the police shoots the tiger. Did the focus remain on the tragedy of the seventeen year old boy being killed by the tiger? NO! The focus shifted to criticism of the police for killing this poor animal.

Someone please tell me if there is a value system where we can weigh whether a human’s life is worth more or less than an animal’s life. There is a place for advocates when it comes to the protection of any living organism, but I would say that in this case, the animal shouldn’t be the one with the advocate.

What is wrong with the people who would much rather protect the animal that killed people than to show sympathy to the people who were slaughtered by the animal. Priorities are backwards according to my viewpoint. I know that I may be accused of being biased because I am a human being, but let’s examine that road.

The seventeen year old didn’t go and find camp filled with tigers and indiscriminately begin to kill them. If he did, then I would be an advocate for the tigers in a heartbeat. That’s not what happened here. He went to the zoo, and got killed by a tiger. Forgive me for being on the side of the victim here.

What shall we do? Should we release all the animals and close all of our zoos? That’s what animal advocates would have us do. They say that by our caging of the animals, we are being cruel. Tell you what, let’s release all the animals and see nature take its course and all of the zoo animals who have depended on humans for their care will now be faced with taking care of themselves. I would predict that there would be more advocates coming forward griping about putting those same humanely released animals on the endangered species list because the are now becoming extinct.

I guess we will just keep our zoos and face an occasional necessity to shoot an animal when they escape. Sounds to me like we are already doing the best we can do for the animals.

Education Programs Are Scams!!!

Posted by Jack Burton in College, Education, Higher Education

I have a bone to pick with the higher education institutions. In order to get a degree from a college or university, you have to play by their rules. Who are their rules benefiting? That’s an easy answer, it’s benefiting them! There are prescribed basics that everyone has to take in order to get a degree.

That is insane and ludicrous! There is absolutely no reason why a person majoring in history should need to take algebra. The only reason is so that the higher education institutions can get the additional absurd amount of money that they charge.

They remind me alot of homeowners associations. We pay them to tell us what we can and cannot do for something we are paying to own. We are paying the colleges and universities to tell us what we can and cannot learn in order to receive the degree to tell the world that we have learned what we have set out to learn.

One thing is for sure, at least they treat us all the same. If I can say anything positive about the system, it is that we are all treated equally; like stupid post teenagers who don’t know how to make decisions for ourselves. Isn’t it great to have people we can pay to act as our guardian after high school?

Barack Obama

Posted by Jack Burton in Uncategorized

Hello America! I am outraged today. Barack Obama expects to become the leader of our country. The land of the free, the home of the brave. Yet, he refused to place his hand over his heart during the playing of the rendition of OUR national anthem! Then to add insult to injury, refused to say OUR pledge of allegiance! How can he expect to be our president and not believe in the words of this country’s foundation?

I’ll tell you how, he can’t! Electing this person to office as our commander in chief would be the largest mistake in history. How can someone have the edacity to want to be a part of a system that they don’t believe in? There is only one reason I can think of and that is they wish to change the system to match their beliefs.

How dare he try and take away all of the things that Americans have fought and died for? If I wanted to live in a country where the values can be so easily uprooted, then I would go live in a country in Europe. We separated from their oppression to become the great nation that exists today. The nation that embraces the Star Spangled Banner as a symbol of our character and the Pledge of Allegiance as our symbol of loyalty.

Then along comes a senator who wishes to be our president that refuses to be a part of heritage. He craps on everything that we are, everything that we believe, and everything in which this country is founded and then has the nerve to think he is going to get elected as the President of the United States! The people of Illinois must have been out to lunch to elect this chump to begin with, but there is no way on God’s green earth is he going to become our next president.

In actuality, he now should not be allowed to be a candidate for president. He has already shown a discontent with the system we have in place. Unless I have been asleep for the last couple of decades, I don’t believe that Americans want our heritage to be replaced with anything else that doesn’t define who we are and how it came to be.

After he displayed his disrespect for our heritage, he should have been given his outright release from the democratic party. Then Illinois should have told him to take a hike. Finally, he should have been told that he can no longer be considered as a possible candidate for any position that represents any body of the government for the american people. In my opinion, his citizenship should be stripped so he can go to a more suitable place. This is America! You don’t like it, pick a better country and leave us to ours!

I Am Coming Out of the Closet

Posted by Jack Burton in Uncategorized

I am straight! Not what you expected? I don’t understand why not. The gays and lesbians of the world wants equality. I want equality as well. Since it is so important for people to share their sexual orientation when it involves their preference of the same sex; I thought that it should be equally important to share my sexual orientation being that it involves my preference for the opposite sex.

You say you don’t care? Outstanding, because neither do I! If someone could pass on the message for me to all of the “celebrities” that presume other people wish to know that they are gay, that would be great! We don’t care if you are gay or not. Just shut your mouth and do your job! Sing your songs, memorize your lines, and keep your sexual preferences to yourselves!

Until they do keep their sexual preferences to themselves, all of the straight people in the world should demand their equality. Instead of gay parades, let’s have straight parades. Instead of Pride Week, we should have a Heterosexual Week. They flaunt their indiscretions down the middle of streets and get cheers, well we should also flaunt our indiscretions down the middle of the street. We on the other hand would likely be fined or jailed for indecency.

They want a special law to protect them from “hate” crimes. Don’t come out of the closet, then you won’t know if someone hates your acts. What you do behind closed doors is your business. Privacy was created for a reason. Keep your sexual preferences to yourself and the world will keep their distaste for your actions private. Just keep it to yourself!

Sheila Jackson Lee

Posted by Jack Burton in Jena Six, Sheila Jackson Lee

I was under the impression that Sheila Jackson Lee was a Representative in the state of Texas. Of course we can’t tell by any real work she has done for her district, but that’s beside the point. The point is, why is she spewing her useless opinions about “Jena six” who happens to be in Louisiana.

Let’s assume for a moment that she was just exercising her right of free speech as an American citizen. That went right out of the window when she used her position as a Texas representative to bolster her right to free speech. That means that she used her position as an elected official to try to influence an issue in the state of Louisiana. Did I mention that she is a Representative in the state of Texas?

Sounds like someone forgot who hired her. She is supposed to be working for the voters who elected her. Apparently there are no needs in her district. That must be why she is constantly re-elected. Or it could be the same reason why she has taken a personal interest in the Jena six; black. I’m sorry, I have to be politically correct, African-American.

If this were an issue of the facts in the case, then I wouldn’t fault her for her efforts because I know that she would speak out against it regardless of the ethnicity involved. However, she is wrongfully involving herself in this situation because the hoodlums involved are black. Screw political correctness. These turds wouldn’t began to know the first thing about Africa, so calling them African-Americans is an insult to that continent.

Sheila Jackson Lee is doing the same thing that all the other black activists does; defending the actions of low-lifes and using the race card as justification for being outraged. The likes of Al Sharpton, Quannel X, and Sheila Jackson Lee have been riding the coat-tail of the true discrimination that Martin Luther King Jr. and Rosa Parks really experienced. Their actions are disgraceful and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Sheila Jackson Lee needs to limit her efforts to serving the voters that continuously provide her with a job. What does a black female have to do to get fired from her job? Obviously not doing her job isn’t grounds for dismissal. I guess working for a different state isn’t either. I assume that as long as she is working for any black people, it’s all in the family.

A Sad Day For Texas

Posted by Jack Burton in DWI, Intoxication Manslaughter

A person drives drunk and crashes, killing their passenger. In Texas, this is called Intoxication Manslaughter. Elizabeth Shelton committed that exact crime by ingesting alcohol to reach a blood level of 0.26 percent, getting behind the wheel of a large vehicle and killing Matthew McNiece.

In Texas, intoxication manslaughter is a second degree felony. A second degree felony carries a punishment of a minimum of two years and a maximum of twenty years of imprisonment with a possible fine up to $10,000. Elizabeth Shelton was found guilty of intoxication manslaughter and was sentenced to four months in county jail, eight years of probation, and a $10,000 fine.

They only got one part of the punishment correct. There is always an outrage when some tragedy occurs that gets huge media attention. The response to the outrage is usually a demand for stiffer laws and more legislation. There is no need for stiffer laws or more legislation when the laws already on the books aren’t followed. Another classic example of when someone is convicted of the crime they have committed , but aren’t given the sentence they deserve.

We need to send a message to people who break the law and flagrantly commit crimes that if you do the crime, you will do the time. The way the justice system is working today, we aren’t sending that message. The message is being received loud and clear that criminals are not held accountable for their actions. If we continue to send this message, then we can expect for people to continue to commit crimes and not expect for them to be held accountable. A sad day for Texas indeed.

Columbus Day: A Rogue Holiday

Posted by Jack Burton in Holidays

It amazes me every year when Columbus Day rolls around and is recognized as a holiday. Calling Columbus Day a holiday is blasphemous to all of the legitimate holidays on the calendar. It could be a real holiday if the person that it is recognized for truly was the first to discover the land he has been given credit, but we know that this is not so. Yet, we still close down shop every year in celebration for a faux pioneer.

The only meaning for this “holiday” is a day off for the privileged; government employees. It is sad that a day off from work is so important that a holiday is created under such poor pretenses. It is so important for a day off that if a holiday lands on a Sunday, then it must be observed on the following Monday, or if it occurs on a Saturday, then they want the prior Friday off too. Forget the fact that they are always off on the weekend, but that’s not good enough if one of their weekend days happen to be a holiday.

Let’s call Columbus Day what it truly is; “A Day Off Just Because I Don’t Want To Work Day”. This way it will have a more valid purpose. As it it stand now, it is just a facade.

Welcome to the Death House

Posted by Jack Burton in Uncategorized

Ok, Ok let’s keep it moving. Everyone’s equal here. I know darling, it ought not happen to you, keep it moving. Yep, I know, you’re innocent, everyone here is. It’s 6:00!

Michael Richard was executed at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 25th for the rape and murder of 53 year old Marguerite Lucille Dixon.

Michael Richard had five felony convictions and had been released from his second prison term just eight weeks prior to committing the rape and murder of Marguerite Lucille Dixon. In the gutless attempts to escape accountability for his actions, he used a combination of defenses from mental retardation to the all-time favorite “I didn’t do it” excuse. They even tried to get him off on a technicality. The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals threw out his conviction in 1992 because jurors improperly were not allowed to consider evidence that as a child Richard had been abused. In 1995, a second jury convicted him again and again sentenced him to die.

He was executed two hours behind schedule because of the recent outcry of the liberal egg sucking dogs that lethal injection is unconstitutional. On a last ditch attempt, they tried to get a reprieve because of the high court’s decision earlier Tuesday to consider the constitutionality of lethal injection in a Kentucky case. Well, that may fly in Kentucky, but Texas chose to continue to serve the people by carrying out their wishes in the execution of this total waste of space.

On that note, there’s only one thing left for this turd, flush it brother, flush it. Swish!

Ok, Ok let’s keep it moving. Everyone’s equal here. I know darling, it ought not happen to you, keep it moving. Yep, I know, you’re innocent, everyone here is. It’s 6:00!

Convicted killer Clifford Kimmel was put to death on Thursday, September 20th for the murder of three people, Rachel White, 22; Susan Halverstadt, 22; and Brett Roe, 29.

Clifford Kimmel killed all three people by stabbing them with a Bowie knife. Prior to killing them, he injected two of them with bathroom cleanser. The murders were motivated by the desire to steal the victims’ possessions. The crime was committed along with Derek Murphy, who was given life in prison.

In a cowardice attempt to get out of the punishment for his actions, Clifford Kimmel wanted to excuse his actions on his drug addiction. Well, it didn’t work and the piece of garbage was dealt the hand he deserves.

Only one thing left to do with a turd like this, flush it brother, flush it. Swish!
